SBF supports talented children and youth by providing resources and opportunities, including tailored skills development, mentorship, coaching, training, and scholarships to excel in their chosen sports. Our programs include:
Talent Identification
SBF conducts talent scouting camps, collaborates with schools and community centers, and hosts sports competitions at all levels to identify promising athletes from diverse backgrounds, ensuring early recognition and nurturing of their potential in various sports disciplines.
Skills Development
We enhance youth abilities through regular sports clinics and workshops, personalized training plans, and comprehensive strength and conditioning programs, ensuring they develop the specific skills needed to excel in their respective sports disciplines
Mentorship and Coaching
We provide youth with access to experienced coaches for technical guidance and pair them with successful sports professionals for mentorship, incorporating leadership and personal development sessions to build confidence and resilience.
Scholarships and Financial Support
SBF provides scholarships and financial assistance to talented children and youth, covering education, training expenses, travel, equipment, and competition fees. Partnerships with corporate sponsors and donors ensure that children and youth have the necessary resources to succeed
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT INITIATIVES
- Awareness Campaigns: We organize targeted campaigns during sports events to raise awareness and educate participants and spectators about critical social issues such as gender equality, gender-based violence prevention, substance abuse prevention, conflict resolution, and community development, utilizing sports platforms to amplify messaging and promote positive societal change.
- Substance Abuse Prevention Programs: SBF implements comprehensive substance abuse prevention initiatives within sports settings, integrating education, counseling, and support services to raise awareness among athletes and their communities. These programs aim to equip participants with the knowledge and skills to make informed choices, promoting a healthy and drug-free lifestyle conducive to athletic and personal development.
- Peacebuilding: Through sports, we facilitate conflict resolution workshops, promote teamwork and mutual understanding among diverse communities, and organize sports activities that foster cooperation and social cohesion.

Youth Exchange Programs: We facilitate international and local youth exchange programs centered around sports, fostering cultural exchange, leadership development, and global citizenship among participants.
